Handmade Art Disclaimer
All Dreamkeeper mugs, Sugardomes, and ceramic pieces are handmade and one-of-a-kind. Natural variations in glaze, texture, and shape are part of the artistic process and are not considered defects.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

To start a return:
Please email dhesspottery@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item.

Return Conditions

Approved returns must meet the following:

• Item must be unused.

• Item must be returned in the original packaging.

• Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 72 hours with photos.
We will replace the item or issue a refund depending on availability.

Processing Time

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after the return is received and inspected.

Custom Orders

Custom Dreamkeepers, custom colors, name engravings, and commissioned work cannot be returned or refunded, unless damaged during shipping.

Shipping Issues

Once shipped, delivery delays by USPS/UPS are outside our control.
We will assist in tracking packages and filing claims where possible.
